Originating from the kitchen of Breezy Butterplume, the pastry elf behind the 1993 “Sugarplum Renaissance,” this cookie has remained a hit at both Christmas feasts and summer socials. It’s rumored Breezy created them after a snowball fight with Comet turned into an impromptu baking battle.
